Plain-language reviews of everyday wellness products
Most product reviews online are written to sell. This site is written to be checked: every factual claim links to a public health source, and we say plainly when the evidence behind an ingredient is thin.
We are not doctors and we do not sell products. We earn a commission if you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you, and that is disclosed at the top of every review.
ProDentim Review: your mouth was never supposed to be germ-free →
What a probiotic can reasonably do for teeth and gums, and where it fits next to the toothbrush.
How we write
- We cite public sources (MedlinePlus, the FDA, the NIH) so you can check us.
- We do not publish invented testimonials, invented experts, or before-and-after photos.
- We say when we have not tested a product ourselves.
- We say when something is a matter for a doctor rather than a purchase.
