What to write to us about

• A factual error on a page: tell us where, and we will check it.
• A question about something we wrote.
• A request about your information under our Privacy Policy.
• A press, legal or copyright matter.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell anything, so we have no access to orders. If you have bought a product, we cannot see it, change it, track it or refund it.

For an order, a refund, a delivery or a guarantee claim, contact the merchant you bought from. Their details are on your order confirmation email.

We also cannot give medical or dental advice, answer questions about your own health, or tell you whether a product is right for you. Those belong with a professional who can actually examine you. See our Medical Disclaimer.
